ABOUT

David George has been a Chartered building Surveyor since 1990 with extensive experience in all aspects of the both the commercial and residential property sectors.

David had been involved in Historic Buildings and Building Conservation throughout his career providing an extensive range of services from Survey for purchase purposes, Historic research, the specification of conservation repair techniques and providing design services for the alteration and repair of existing Historic Structures.

David holds a Diploma in Architectural conservation from Bristol University and is one of only a handful of Accredited suppliers of conservation advice with both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and is a Registered Church Surveyor with the Diocese of Exeter and the Diocese of Bath & Wells.

Other Memberships include The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and the Churches Conservation Trust.

David has operated throughout the South of England, now primary operational in the South West, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
